Represents the security zone of a URL or file in Windows Internet Explorer security settings.

Internet | 3 | Internet zone - sites on the Internet that are not in other zones. |
Untrusted | 4 | Restricted Sites zone - sites that are explicitly untrusted and potentially unsafe. Windows names this zone "Restricted Sites"; it is the URLZONE_UNTRUSTED value, zone identifier 4. |
