Meziantou.FrameworkSvgPathSegment Class
https://svgwg.org/specs/paths/#InterfaceSVGPathSegment: a command of path data (e.g. { type: "L", values: [10, 20] }). The browsers implement it as a dictionary: the segments returned by SvgPathElement.GetPathData are not bound to the element.
