The mode of a DocumentRequest (https://fetch.spec.whatwg.org/#concept-request-mode).

NoCors | 0 | A request whose response can come from any origin without CORS (e.g. a classic script, an image). |
Cors | 1 | A CORS request (e.g. a module script, a script with a crossorigin attribute): a response from another origin must allow the origin of the request with its Access-Control-Allow-Origin header (https://fetch.spec.whatwg.org/#cors-check), else it is a network error. The library performs the check. |
Navigate | 2 | The request of a navigation. |
SameOrigin | 3 | A request whose response must come from the same origin (e.g. fetch(url, { mode: "same-origin" })). |
WebSocket | 4 | The opening handshake of a RequestMode.WebSocket (see DocumentLoader.ConnectWebSocketAsync). |
