Provider	Gets or sets the source of the keyboard layout of the device (`navigator.keyboard.getLayoutMap()`), e.g. a `KeyboardLayoutProvider` whose `KeyboardLayoutProvider.Layout` is set by the application. A provider can be shared by several browsing contexts. The default is null: the layout is US QWERTY (`KeyboardLayoutProvider.UsQwerty`).
