Meziantou.FrameworkHeaders Class
A list of HTTP headers (https://fetch.spec.whatwg.org/#headers-class): the headers of a request or a response of the Fetch API, or a list created by new Headers(). The names and the values are byte strings (each character is a byte, in the range U+0000 to U+00FF). The names are compared ASCII case-insensitively, and the iteration returns the lowercase names, sorted, with the values of the headers with the same name combined (except Set-Cookie).
