Meziantou.FrameworkGlobalPrivacyControlOptions Class
The preference of the user expressed by Global Privacy Control (https://w3c.github.io/gpc/, see BrowsingContextOptions.GlobalPrivacyControl): when it is enabled, navigator.globalPrivacyControl is true and the requests have the Sec-GPC: 1 header.
