Meziantou.FrameworkFileSystemHandle Class
A handle to a file or a directory of the origin private file system (https://fs.spec.whatwg.org/#api-filesystemhandle), obtained from StorageManager.GetDirectory. A handle is a locator (the path of the entry in the file system of its origin): the entry may not exist, and several handles can locate the same entry.
