Meziantou.FrameworkDownload Class
A response handled as a download (https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/links.html#downloading-resources), see BrowsingContextOptions.DownloadStarted: the response of a navigation whose Content-Disposition is attachment, or the resource of a hyperlink with a download attribute.
