Meziantou.FrameworkCookieSameSite Enum
The same-site flag of a cookie (https://httpwg.org/http-extensions/draft-ietf-httpbis-rfc6265bis.html#name-the-samesite-attribute), when it is not "Default", and the CookieSameSite enumeration of the Cookie Store API (https://cookiestore.spec.whatwg.org/#enumdef-cookiesamesite).
