A value that references custom properties (https://drafts.css-houdini.org/css-typed-om-1/#cssunparsedvalue): a list of strings and CssVariableReferenceValue objects, e.g. calc(42px + var(--foo)) is the string "calc(42px + ", a reference to --foo and the string ")".
