Meziantou.FrameworkCssMixinRule Class
https://drafts.csswg.org/css-mixins-1/#mixin-rule: a mixin. Its body contains the local variables of the mixin (the custom properties, written as CssNestedDeclarations rules), the @result rules, whose contents replace the @apply rules that apply the mixin, and the conditional group rules (@media, @supports, @container) that contain them.

The body of a mixin is experimental: the web-platform-tests (and the browsers) wrap the declarations and the rules that are applied in a @result rule, which the specification no longer defines.
