Meziantou.FrameworkCssFontFeatureValuesRule Class
https://drafts.csswg.org/css-fonts-4/#font-feature-values: the names of the feature values of the font-variant-alternates functions of the families of the rule. The feature value blocks of the same type are merged (the last declaration of a name wins). The feature values are not used: the fonts are not rendered.
