Represents a disposable releaser for an AsyncReaderWriterLock. Disposing the releaser releases either the reader or writer lock.

Only the first disposal of a releaser releases the lock. Disposing the same releaser again, or disposing a copy of an already-disposed releaser, does nothing instead of releasing an acquisition made in the meantime.
