| Rows | Gets the rows, one value per column of TdsBulkLoadContext.Columns. A SQL NULL is null. |

These are the columns of TdsBulkLoadHandler.GetTableColumns that the column mappings of SqlBulkCopy target, so a column the client does not copy is missing.
