Meziantou.FrameworkPublicApiAttribute Class
A custom attribute applied to an assembly, a symbol, a parameter, a return value or a generic parameter.

All the custom attributes found in metadata are exposed, including the ones that the C# formatter does not display (e.g. NullableAttribute, EditorBrowsableAttribute or CompilerGeneratedAttribute). Pseudo-attributes, such as SerializableAttribute or InAttribute, are stored as metadata flags and are not exposed. The members named by MemberNotNullAttribute and MemberNotNullWhenAttribute that are not visible from outside the assembly are removed, and the attribute is not exposed when it names only such members.
