Meziantou.FrameworkResizeAnchor Enum
Selects the part of the image kept when ResizeMode.Cover crops the overflow, or where the image is placed on a larger canvas (ResizeMode.Pad, ResizeMode.BoxPad, ImageProcessingExtensions.ExtendCanvas).

Center | 0 | Keeps the center, or centers the image on the canvas. This is the default. |
TopLeft | 1 | Keeps the top-left corner. |
Top | 2 | Keeps the top edge, centered horizontally. |
TopRight | 3 | Keeps the top-right corner. |
Left | 4 | Keeps the left edge, centered vertically. |
Right | 5 | Keeps the right edge, centered vertically. |
BottomLeft | 6 | Keeps the bottom-left corner. |
Bottom | 7 | Keeps the bottom edge, centered horizontally. |
BottomRight | 8 | Keeps the bottom-right corner. |
