Which Windows icon container IcoEncoder writes.

Fields

Name	Value	Description
`None`	`0`	Not specified; `IcoEncoder` never uses this value (its default is `IconKind.Icon`).
`Icon`	`1`	An icon (`.ico`): `ImageFormat.Ico`. Hotspots are not stored.
`Cursor`	`2`	A cursor (`.cur`): `ImageFormat.Cur`. Every representation stores a hotspot.
