Provides an interface for retrieving localized strings for relative date formatting.

Remarks

Implement this interface to provide custom localization for RelativeDate. The default implementation uses embedded resource files for Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, Spanish and Turkish translations.
