Gradle plugins, declared in a plugins block or in the [plugins] table of a version catalog, are reported with the coordinates of their plugin marker artifact, <id>:<id>.gradle.plugin, which is the artifact Gradle resolves the plugin from. The plugin id is available in Dependency.Metadata under the pluginId key.
