Meziantou.FrameworkAgentPluginDependencyScanner Class
Scans Claude Code and GitHub Copilot plugin marketplaces (.claude-plugin/marketplace.json and .github/plugin/marketplace.json) for the sources of their plugins, and Claude Code and GitHub Copilot settings files (.claude/settings.json and .github/copilot/settings.json, and their settings.local.json counterparts) for the marketplaces declared in extraKnownMarketplaces.

A plugin hosted in a git repository is reported as DependencyType.AgentPlugin, named after the GitHub repository (owner/repo) or the git URL. Its version is the commit sha when there is one, and the ref otherwise. A plugin published to npm is reported as DependencyType.Npm. Plugins stored in the marketplace repository (relative paths), zip archives and commands are not reported. The plugin name is available in Dependency.Metadata under the plugin key, and the ref, path and npm registry under the keys of the same name.
A marketplace hosted in a git repository or at a URL is reported as DependencyType.AgentPluginMarketplace, with its ref as the version. The marketplace name is available in Dependency.Metadata under the marketplace key. Local directories and files are not reported.
