RuleYMark<T> Class

Draws a line at the y value of each row, across the plot area, across the band of the category RuleYMark<T>.X, or from RuleYMark<T>.X1 to RuleYMark<T>.X2: horizontal reference lines and thresholds, the targets of bullet charts, the bars of dumbbells. In polar coordinates, the lines are circles.
