AreaMark<T> Class

Fills the area between a line through the rows and a baseline, one area per series (the AreaMark<T>.Series channel, else Mark<T>.Fill). The baseline is AreaMark<T>.Y1, else zero. With a StackTransform, the areas are stacked; with StackOffset.Silhouette, they make a streamgraph.
